While our training is primarily conducted online or virtually, we understand the value of in-person training. Upon request, we offer immersive, hands-on in-person training designed to enhance learning through case studies, extended sessions, real-time interactions, and collaborative discussions.

Pricing & Availability

In-person training is available upon request and is subject to trainer availability. Training is charged at a daily rate, with additional costs for travel and accommodation. Each day of training can include 2-3 sessions, making it ideal for rotating staff (e.g., flight attendants, customer service teams, etc.).

Since in-person training is customized to your location and schedule, dates are not listed on our website. Once a request is made, we will coordinate details such as location, transportation, and logistics.
